A Retreat Held Entirely in the Field of Abydos
Abydos is not like any other temple in Egypt.
Within its walls it contains healing frequencies that are ancient and so intelligent, connecting with each individual soul in exactly the way it needs. It could be clarity on their path, emotional healing, physical restoration, or a remembrance of who they truly are.

Unlike most Egyptian temples, which were built primarily to honor a pharaoh or deity, this one was built for healing as its central purpose, to restore balance and heal the suffering of souls who came here.

This spiritual healing retreat was created for those who feel called to immerse themselves fully in that frequency, not just for a single visit, but for six days of deepening connection. Each day we return to the temple together and each visit builds on the one before. You learn to navigate its sanctuaries and chapels, and connect with the ancient Egyptian healing frequencies through the body, through each energy centre, through your own soul's unique connection to this place.
This is different from the full Egypt Pilgrimage. Where that journey moves across the whole of sacred Egypt (Cairo, Luxor, Abydos, Aswan), this retreat stays. Six days, five nights, entirely immersed in the healing frequency of Abydos itself. We are staying in walking distance of the temple. We return to it more than once, so the field has the chance to work on us slowly.
Between temple visits, the days are filled with energy activations, sacred ceremonies, meditations, group soul regression journeys, heart-brain coherence practices and group sharing circles. Everything we offer is woven together with the healing frequency of Abydos, so that what opens in the temple continues to be held and deepened throughout each day.
We also include a day trip to Dendera Temple. Here, we connect to the healing feminine energy of Hathor, goddess of love, joy and the heart, as a complement to the Osiris and Isis frequency we are immersed in at Abydos.
As facilitators, we hold each participant through their own process. Whatever arises, emotionally, physically, energetically, you are not alone in it. The temple supports the healing and we hold the space.

Your Facilitators
This retreat is held by Sabina and Leo, the temple keepers behind Cosmic Love Collective.
Sabina has a deep personal connection to Abydos. It is the temple where her own soul remembrance as a priestess of Isis was reawakened, and the place that shaped the direction of her work and life. Returning here with others is, for her, a continuation of that ancient service.
Leo brings a grounded, calm masculine presence to every space he holds: strength, clarity and protection that allows deep transformation to happen safely.
Together, they hold a field of feminine and masculine in balance, creating a container where each participant can go as deep as they need to.

The Schedule
Each day of this spiritual healing retreat follows a natural rhythm and alternates between morning practices, temple visits, energy activations, ceremonies and integration time. The schedule is designed to allow the frequencies of Abydos to build gradually, with each day deepening what the one before opened.
A typical day includes a morning visit to the Temple of Seti I, one or two energy healing sessions, ceremonies, meditations, heart-brain coherence practice, oracle guidance and sharing circle. Meals are provided at the House of Life throughout the retreat.
One day is dedicated to a full day trip to Dendera Temple, where we connect to the healing feminine energy of Hathor as a complement to the Abydos frequency.
Free time is also built into the schedule. This will be your time to rest, reflect, swim in the pool or simply be with what is coming through in your own process. Integration is part of the healing.
✦ how you are held ✦This retreat doesn't begin when you land in Egypt and it doesn't end when you leave. The support is present before, during and after.
Before the retreat, we gather online for a group Zoom call. This is a chance to meet each other, set your intentions, prepare your energy and ask any questions you have. It is also where we begin opening the field together, before we are physically in the same space.
During the retreat itself, we are with you every step of the way. As facilitators of this inner healing retreat, we hold each participant through whatever comes through, personally and with care. No one navigates their process alone.
After the journey ends, the integration continues.
We offer a post-retreat group support call and ongoing guidance as you bring what you received back into your daily life. Deep healing retreats like this one can continue to unfold for weeks afterward, and having support during that time matters.

We are staying at the House of Life, a hotel and healing centre in the village of Abydos, five minutes walk from the Temple of Seti I.
The House of Life was founded on the vision of Dorothy Eady, known as Omm Sety, whose dream was to recreate a place where ancient Egyptian healing knowledge could be practiced and remembered again. Omm Sety remembered her own past life as a priestess who served this temple and contributed significantly to its archaeological understanding. That dream became reality in 2008.
The centre has a beautiful courtyard, gardens and a swimming pool. All meals are provided throughout this healing retreat, buffet style, with breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
