Thank you for choosing to be part of the Cosmic Love Collective community. By registering, attending, participating in, or purchasing any offering — including energy sessions, activations, trainings, or retreats — you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Introduction & Scope

Cosmic Love Collective (“we,” “us,” “our”) offers energy activations, sacred retreats, trainings, sessions, and related services rooted in light, remembrance, and spiritual embodiment. These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in any offering provided by Cosmic Love Collective both online and in-person, including events such as retreats, sessions, workshops, transmissions, trainings, or digital products.

By submitting your registration or payment, you confirm that you have reviewed, understood, and agree to all terms below.

2. Registrations, Payments, Fees & Confirmation

a. Registration

  • Registrations for retreats, events, and sessions are confirmed only once full payment or an agreed deposit is received.

  • You agree that all provided information during registration is accurate and up to date.

b. Payments & Fees

  • Payments can be made via the options listed on the registration form or on the event page.

  • All amounts are payable in the currency specified at the time of booking.

  • If a payment plan is offered, you agree to the scheduled payments as outlined.

  • For payments made via Stripe in USD, a 5% processing fee will be added to the listed price.

  • For international wire transfers, all bank transfer fees must be covered by the sender (OUR/SHA “OUR” option).

3. Retreats, Events & Session Participation

a. Commitment

Participation in any in-person retreat or event requires full compliance with all Terms & Conditions, including health, conduct, and safety standards.

b. Eligibility

You confirm you are mentally, physically, and emotionally able to participate in the activities offered. If in doubt, you are encouraged to seek professional advice.

c. Experience Variations

Every individual’s experience in sessions, activations, or retreats may vary. The work offered is supportive in nature and not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

a. Participant Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Refunds, if any, will be subject to the terms specific to each offering (e.g. retreat, training, session). See the specific program page for cancellation deadlines.

b. Provider Cancellations

In rare circumstances, Cosmic Love Collective may cancel or reschedule a retreat, event, or session due to travel restrictions, venue availability, facilitator availability, safety concerns, force majeure events, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

In such cases, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made directly to Cosmic Love Collective, or the option to transfer their investment to a future date.

Cosmic Love Collective is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants, including but not limited to international airfare, travel insurance, visa fees, accommodation outside the retreat dates, or other personal travel-related costs. Participants are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen changes.

5. Code of Conduct

All participants agree to:

  • Treat others with respect and integrity.

  • Engage in a way that contributes to a safe, sacred, and supportive space.

  • Refrain from discriminatory, harmful, or disruptive behavior.

  • Respect the privacy, boundaries, and experience of all community members.

Anyone whose behavior undermines the safety of the group may be asked to leave with no refund.

6. Health, Safety, & Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge:

  • Some offerings may involve intense emotional, mental, or energetic processes.

  • You voluntarily participate knowing the risks associated with spiritual, ceremonial, or embodiment work.

  • You are responsible for your personal health and safety needs (travel insurance, medical coverage, etc.).

  • You release Cosmic Love Collective from liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.

7. Digital Content, Recordings & Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, guided transmissions, session recordings, and written content are for your individual use only.

  • You agree not to share, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.

8. Privacy & Personal Information

We collect personal information for registration and service delivery. Your data is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, and you consent to this use upon registration.

9. Acknowledgment of Energetic & Experiential Nature of Services

You understand that the offerings provided may include:

  • Energy work, frequency transmissions, light codes, soul remembrance processes.

  • Spiritual and consciousness experiences that are personal and subjective.

  • Non-medical modalities that support inner work, healing, and remembrance.

Such experiences are deeply personal. You agree that these are offered with integrity and presence, and you engage at your own discretion and responsibility.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the country of operation. Any dispute arising from participation will be resolved through good-faith discussion; if unresolved, through arbitration in accordance with applicable legal guidelines.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting your registration or payment for any offering with Cosmic Love Collective, you affirm that:

  • You have read these Terms & Conditions in full.

  • You understand and agree to all sections as outlined.

  • You consent to participate under these conditions.
