Life force energy is the animating force within every living being, recognised across many traditions and cultures, each with their own name and understanding of it.

The KA is the ancient Egyptian expression of this force. One of nine bodies in Egyptian knowledge, it is the vital life force and spiritual essence that animates the physical body and survives death. Unlike the broader concept of life force energy, the KA is specific: the energetic double of a person, distinct from the soul, the mind, and the personality, carrying its own identity and continuity beyond physical existence.

In all the years of holding this work, the energy has always moved gently and with intelligence. It meets you where you are and moves at the pace of your own readiness. You are always held.

Kundalini Activation works primarily with a rising life force energy along the spine, awakening the energetic centers of the body. It is a powerful practice and one that many have found transformative.

KA Light Activation goes beyond this. It is held in ancient Egyptian frequency as a living, sacred field that opens a portal of light where something far deeper becomes possible. Through Light Codes, sacred ceremony and the quantum Field, the whole energetic system, the soul, and the KA body itself are invited into recalibration and remembrance.

This work and the Light Codes within it have been evolving for years, deepening with every session and every soul. But it was connecting to the lands and temples of Egypt that changed everything. That frequency lives in this work now, and those who have experienced both practices often feel the difference immediately.

The ancient Egyptian frequency is not something that can be fully explained in words, it is something felt. It is the living energy of the ancient temples, the wisdom and codes held within the land of Egypt, and the sacred lineages that have existed for thousands of years. When you connect to it, something in you recognises it, often before the mind understands why.

In a session, this frequency is present from the moment the field opens. It exists within the Light Codes expressed through my hands, within the sacred ceremony, the transmission itself, and into the sacred symbols we work with (the Ankh, the triangle, and others) each carrying their own ancient resonance and meaning.

This frequency is also something I carry personally. Through my own soul remembrance, I came to know that I walked this path before in ancient Egypt, as a Priestess of Isis serving the sacred temples. That frequency carried through lifetimes and awakened in this one, calling me back into service, now for humanity and the souls ready to remember their own divinity.

And I know I’m not alone. Many souls incarnated on Earth at this time carry this frequency within them, dormant and waiting. For those who are ready, a session can become a doorway into their own soul remembrance and the embodiment of their own divinity.

The most important thing you can bring is openness.

Wear comfortable clothes (light in color, if possible), avoid heavy meals or alcohol beforehand, and if you are joining online, find a quiet space where you can lie down undisturbed. Come with curiosity rather than expectation. The energy will meet you exactly where you are. Your only task is to receive.

Honestly, every session is its own journey. Some people move, cry, see visions, or feel waves of energy moving through them. Others feel a deep stillness, a sense of coming back to themselves. Some feel very little during the session and notice the shifts in the days that follow. All of it is valid. Your soul receives exactly what it is ready for, in the way it needs to.

After the session, give yourself time. Things continue to move and settle. Emotions may surface, clarity may arrive unexpectedly, dreams may become more vivid. This is the transmission still doing its work. Trust it.

Energetically, there is no difference. The quantum Field has no distance, the transmission reaches you with the same potency whether we are in the same room or on opposite sides of the world. Many people are surprised by how powerful online sessions feel.

In person can feel more grounding simply because of the physical presence and shared space. Online offers that same depth from wherever you are. Both work and are equally powerful.

In all the years of holding this work and the hundreds of souls who have passed through it, we have never witnessed harm. The energy is intelligent, it moves at the pace of your own readiness and never gives you more than you can hold.

Every session is held within a sacred container, supported not only by us, but by the light beings, ancestors, guides and divine presences that are present in every transmission. You are never alone in the field. The intention behind every session is always your highest good, and that intention is held from the moment the field opens until long after it closes.

We are also aware that not all facilitators hold the same level of care or frequency in this work. Some may push the energy in ways that don't feel safe or grounded. For us, how we live and how we show up to sessions is inseparable. We maintain a conscious energy hygiene in our daily lives and arrive to every session deeply connected, clear and in high frequency. The container we hold is only as safe and sacred as the people holding it, and that is something we take seriously.

After a session, your system continues to process and integrate what it received. Some people feel tired and need rest. Others feel emotional, experience vivid dreams, or notice old memories and feelings surfacing. Some feel an immediate lightness and clarity.

In rare instances, some minor physical discomfort may appear during or after the session (headaches, nausea or similar sensations), but these generally pass within a few hours or a day. This is part of the releasing process, the body letting go of what no longer belongs. It is working for you, not against you, and most people feel noticeably lighter afterwards.

Drink plenty of water, rest when your body asks for it, spend time in nature if you can, and be gentle with yourself in the days that follow. If something feels intense or you have questions, you are always welcome to reach out.

Whenever you feel called to. There is no fixed rule or recommended schedule, only your own inner rhythm. Some people return weekly, others monthly, others whenever life brings them back. You will know when it is time.

What we have witnessed over the years is that the more you open to this frequency, the deeper it takes you. Each session builds on the last, and over time the shifts become a way of living rather than a series of individual experiences.
